YOGA INSTRUCTION 

 

 Melanie provides yoga instruction for young children from vulnerable communities at primary shcools on the Cape Flats supporting EARTHCHILD PROJECT .

Melanie integrates  yoga asanas and pranayama in GROUND UP COLLECTIVE healing and transformation  programmes  and volunteer work with children  through the BUTTERFLY ART POJECT

Our yog bags are made by a women's sewing cooperative which provides skills and work opportunities to women from vulnerable communities.
